Cludo Gives Back

The holidays are a time to reflect on all the things we’re grateful for. All of us at Cludo feel very fortunate to have had such a stellar 2018- so we decided to pass it along to our communities as well! Through the Cludo Cares program, which is self-driven by our employees, Cludo personnel  donated their time, money and effort to a variety of community and charity oriented projects.

First up, Cludo employees were excited to give back this holiday season by donating gifts to the The Wish Tree Program. The Wish Tree project gives corporate employees in the Twin Cities area an opportunity to make holiday wishes come true, while giving children and their families the opportunity to have a brighter holiday. Through the Wish Tree Program, last year 50,000 gifts were purchased by the community and donated to people in need. Each year the number of trees increase and the number of gifts increase!

Cludo employees also continued to give back by preparing care package supplies and information on nearby homeless shelters for those homeless in our Minneapolis-St. Paul community. This project was done in support of the United Way– an organization committed to advancing the common good in communities across the world. Their focus is on education, income and health—the building blocks for a good quality of life.

Last but not least, Ellie Revenaugh won our costume party Murder Mystery challenge (a fun Cludo event that the whole US team participated in) and chose to designate her Cludo donation to Family Promise. 2.5 million children and their parents will experience homelessness in America this year. Family Promise is a non-profit organization that serves families with children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with the mission of “helping homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.”

We’re very proud of all our employees for really trying to help out in their communities. And to our readers, we wish you the best for a great 2019!
