Update on Cludo Search from Chief Strategy Officer, David Babayan

An update on significant investments to product stability and infrastructure this year at Cludo.


Over the last few months, our team was focusing on improving stability and performance of our services. Cludo always strives towards raising the bar and providing a much better search experience for our customers and end-users. Here are a few key points we wanted to share with you.

In Q3, we are focusing on reinforcing our team with top-level talent. We recently brought in an expert in site reliability and search performance and are now ramping up our defenses. If you noticed an increased activity on our Statuspage - this is why. It's from all the improvements we are gradually rolling out.

We also have been working on adding new dimensions of semantic and hybrid search, which is currently in Alpha, undergoing initial testing with select customers. This will elevate our search experience to a whole new level. We will let you know once it reaches the Beta phase, and if you are interested to become an early adopter - please let us know.

Additionally, we're putting together a task force to address all UI/UX issues with our crawling service. Thanks to feedback from you, we were able to identify areas where crawler configuration has room for human errors. We will strive to enhance your day-to-day experience with Cludo even further. We will continue to improve and always focus on providing more value to you and your users.
